Richard Gordon QC co-authors second edition of EU Law in Judicial Review

The second edition of EU Law in Judicial Review co-authored by Richard Gordon Q.C. has just been published by OUP. It covers all areas of EU law likely to raise issues in judicial review in the Administrative Court. A brochure ‘Britain and the EU – New Perspectives’ is being published by OUP and is co-edited by Richard to mark the publication of the book. It consists of contributions advocating the case for and against continued EU membership. Amongst the contributors are Laura Sandys MP, Jacob Rees-Mogg MP., Bernard Jenkin MP, Professor Paul Craig, and Sir Konrad Schiemann.
