On 28th November 2011, Hilary Heilbron QC spoke on the topic "Is the Process of Arbitration Really Consensual? Balancing Party Autonomy with Tribunal Control", at a seminar jointly arranged by The Singapore Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
