Two new tenants join Brick Court

Brick Court Chambers is pleased to announce the arrival of two new tenants, James McClelland and Sarah Bousfield.

James McClelland practises in public and administrative law; the regulation of legal and financial services; and commercial litigation and arbitration.  James is one of the Attorney General's A Panel Counsel; has been named by Legal Week as one of its "Stars at the Bar"; and was nominated at the Chambers UK Bar Awards for both Commercial Litigation and Banking and Finance junior of the year.

Sarah Bousfield has an expansive practice covering all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, financial services, energy, regulation, and public law. She has particular expertise in civil fraud and pre-emptive remedies.  Sarah undertakes both advisory and litigation work and regularly acts in complex, high value litigation in the High Court and in international arbitrations. As sole counsel, she has appeared in numerous different courts and tribunals.
