Eighth edition of Bellamy & Child’s European Union Law of Competition published

Today Oxford University Press published the eighth edition of Bellamy & Child European Union Law of Competition; David Bailey is one of its general editors and co-authors.

Bellamy & Child is one of the leading practitioner textbooks on EU competition law. It provides comprehensive coverage of EU competition law, procedure and enforcement. The eighth edition has been fully updated and revised to cover the major developments since 2013, including the Damages Directive, Technology Transfer Block Exemption and new State aid Regulations. The ABA Journal, Antitrust, described Bellamy & Child as “the EU’s equivalent of a bible on competition law”; it has been cited in judgments of the High Court, the Court of Appeal, Opinions of Advocates General of the Court of Justice and the Irish High Court.
