Crown Panel Counsel appointment for Brick Court Chambers

David Scannell has been appointed by the Attorney General directly to the A-Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown. The appointment takes effect from 1 September 2016, for a period of five years.

David is widely recognised as a leading junior, specialising in EU, competition and commercial law. He regularly appears before the High Court, Competition Appeal Tribunal, European General Court and Court of Justice of the European Union. Across his three areas of specialism, he has appeared in many of the most significant cases of the day.
