Klaus Reichert is the co-author with Donald Vinson of a new book shortly to be published by Oxford University Press, Arbitration: the Art & Science of Persuasion.

This is the first book to explain how key concepts from psychology, sociology, and communication science can be productively applied to the art of persuasion in international dispute resolution.
