How Clifford Chance helped Mike Lynch on his long road to vindication

​Counsel called upon for the case included One Essex Court's Laurence Rabinowitz KC and Fountain Court's Patrick Goodall KC for HP, 4 Stone Buildings' Robert Miles KC and Richard Hill KC for Lynch, and Fountain Court's Paul Casey for Hussain. Hussain originally used Brick Court silk Simon Salzedo KC, but swapped him out in 2019 for the Fountain Court junior.

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) used in-house solicitors for the case and instructed a barrister team including 7KBW's Rebecca Sabben-Clare KC and Fountain Court's Henry King KC, Deloitte, meanwhile, called upon Taylor Wessing partner Julian Randall and Brick Court's Mark Howard KC and Tony Singla KC.
